Put Your Best Foot Forward During This 5K, Benefitting Those Affected by Breast Cancer

The Komen Houston Race for the Cure is the largest footrace in Houston and the major source of funding. Typically taking place in October, the event serves as a powerful vehicle for spreading the lifesaving message of early detection and raising funds to help end breast cancer. The 28th Annual Komen Houston Race for the Cure is taking place on Saturday, October 6!

This event will raise the vital funds necessary to provide critical breast cancer support, treatment, screening and education services on a local level, to Houstonians who need it most. Dollars raised through Komen Houston also support breast cancer research grants on a national scale so that Komen can continue to work towards their goal.

Breast cancer patients, survivors and their families, supporters of the cause, and Houstonians participating in the Race are invited to come together for a 5K and day of festivities designed to encourage the community to take action in the fight against breast cancer. Together, let’s end breast cancer forever. Make a fundraising commitment today!
